The owner of the other half of my semi contacted me as our roof badly needed repair. She had already been in contact with Eric and sent me the quote. I had a friend of mine who also does roofing take a look and he confirmed that it was a very reasonable quote.

We scheduled for the beginning of September. Eric contacted me and was super polite and answered any questions I had. His crew arrived at around 8am which was honestly amazing, because I am the absolute worst in the morning if I am woken up early (that's just a me thing). If you've ever had work done in or around your home you know there's a little bit of awkwardness. They had their music going, they were chatty with each other, it was definitely a positive environment, they would politely nod when I had to leave the house/come back but they were absolutely zero bother.

The last day (only took 2 days) Eric formerly introduced himself to me. He went into detail about the shingles and showed me videos/pictures from above which was appreciated.  You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants his clients to feel reassured. They left the yard cleaner than it was before and even took my garbage lol

I contacted Eric after noticing a few leaks, during heavy rain, at my parent’s house. Eric answered promptly and was onsite the same day to help. He offered a temporary solution before a permanent one could be quoted and executed. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and had excellent communication. Had a roof replaced earlier in the summer, was complete in a short time frame and left the property clean .
Fast forward to the rain storm. Different roof with a leak. He answered my emergency call promptly and had it temporarily fixed before the evening. (And fixed the next day).

Eric and his  crew did a stellar job on my roof last Friday.

Travail impeccable réalisé chez moi à Cornwall. Éric et son équipe ont vraiment pris le temps de changer entièrement ma toiture toujours à l'écoute et rien à dire également sur le nettoyage après les travaux.
